Here at Wixom Dental, we are dedicated to giving our patients high-quality dental care. Our office feels like a true home and less like a dental office. Opening it’s doors in late 2021. Our Dental Clinic is located in the <3 of Downtown Wixom on the corner of Pontiac Trail and Wixom Road . We offer a full range of dental services including Cleanings, Same day emergency treatment; such as extractions or root canals, dental implants, and Invisalign clear aligners, so all of your family’s needs are met under one roof.
Our goal is for you to leave our office with a memorable and enjoyable dental experience, which is why our welcoming and compassionate staff will do everything they can to make you feel right at home.
Meet the Team:
Dr. Hussein Berry DMD MPH
Dr. Berry was born and raised in Dearborn, Michigan hometown of Henry Ford. Went to undergraduate school at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan with a BS in Psychology, and graduated from UNE College of Dental Medicine located in Portland, Maine. Dr. Berry enjoys utilizing evidence based dentistry: placing dental implants, applying Dental Veneers on esthetically compromised patients, root canals, surgical and wisdom teeth extractions.

While away from the office. Dr. Berry enjoys spending time with his family as a member of Greenfield Village with his wife (Fun fact: She’s also a dentist) and daughter as they walk around enjoying frozen custard and seeing the carriages and Ford Model T’s.
Dr. Moe Ali Hussein DMD
Dr. Moe Ali graduated from Wayne State University in Detroit Michigan with a BS of Biology, and graduated from Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine. Dr. Moe Ali utilizes the latest and greatest in dental technology. Dr. Moe Ali enjoys the smile following a patient completion of clear aligners Invisalign utilizing itero dental scanner and cbct. Dr. Moe Ali likes to help dental patients enjoys completing esthetic fillings, root canals, crowns, extractions, remove decay, and promote proper oral health.
Aside from Dentistry Dr. Moe Ali likes to enjoy spending time with his family, and go golfing on the weekends.
Mary RDH- Dental Hygienist
Mary has over 20 years experience in Dental Hygiene having graduated Oakland College with a degree in Dental Hygiene. Mary is very thorough and very honest when it comes your dental health. Here at Wixom Dental Mary enjoys discusses your overall oral health and discusses proper dental hygiene techniques to promote oral hygiene. Mary likes to utilize dental scalers and cavitron to scale dentition. Mary offers laser therapy in addition to help reduce bacteria that accumulate with dental plaque and calculus (tartar build-up).
Aside from dentistry Mary likes to spend time with family, enjoy time on a boat or hanging out with her newborn grandchild and kids.
Prerna- Office Manager
Our office manager Prerna is a graduate from dental school in India. Upon coming to the states she attained a degree from the University of Houston in Health Management. Having moved from Houston to the Wixom Area in 2019 for her husbands job. Prerna is your dental financial advisor and insurance liaison when it comes to breaking down treatment plans and getting you approved for Dental Treatment. Getting Dental treatment approved from Dental insurance companies is complex and inhumane. Prerna allocates her effort on dealing with rejections and rebuttals to dental insurance companies going out of her way to ensure the best possible outcome. Prerna also helps approve patients for CareCredit and Cherry to supplement dental insurance co-pays.
Outside the office, on her free time Prerna and her husband enjoy walking their dog Benji. Taking him to dog parks every chance they get as well as going to local art fairs and festivals.
Denise- Patient care coordinator
Denise has over 30 years experience as an office manager at her previous office, retired and recently came back as our patient care coordinator. Denise is the first person you meet while stepping foot in our door. Denise answers and schedules patients as well as insures you are where you out to be and ensures proper registration and insurance.
Outside of working as a PCC. Denise is a peoples person she likes to drive lyft and uber whenever she has a chance to. Denise also enjoys working outside on her garden and hanging out with her son on her free time.
Lisa K- Dental Assistant
Lisa Kent has been a dental assistant for over 25 years. Lisa K loves dentistry and getting acquainted with new people. Lisa enjoys talking about dentistry and family life outside of dentistry while making you feel right at home with her mother instincts.
Away from the office, Lisa K is a loving mom and wife with 3 kids who she mentions at least twice a day at the office. Lisa enjoys going to concerts, and cares in detail about her kids and their happiness. Aside from taking care of her kids she helps her mother every chance she gets.
Liz – Dental Assistant
Liz is a dental hygiene program at Oakland College and is a student to the field of dentistry. She has been working at Wixom dental since January 2025. Liz enjoys studying on her free time and going to the gym.
